使い方
1. 頭皮全体をぬるま湯でしっかり湿らせます。
2. 手またはスポンジで泡立てたシャンプーを頭皮に塗布し、2〜3分置きます。
3. 優しくマッサージし、かゆみが取れるまで洗います。
4. ②・③をもう一度繰り返し、気になる部分は重点的にマッサージ。
5. 最後にぬるま湯でしっかりと洗い流してください。
